Your channel has helped me through some truly tough times and would like to give something back to the channel that helped me cope. I have suffered from anorexia since I was 11 and when I was hospitalized at 16, your stories made my day that bit brighter.

It is an absolute crime that Chilling Tales for Dark Nights doesn't have more subscribers and I 100% recommend them to horror fiction fans. They're one of the most thoughtfully curated horror narration channels on YouTube.

I know this may sound super lame, but I wanted you all to know how great you are, and the positive impact you've had in my life. I was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease two years ago, and it's trying it's hardest to kill me. I used to be an avid reader, but my body function is rapidly declining, and I can't really hold books very well anymore, so I'm thrilled to have found your YouTube channel. I still get thrilling, scary stories, without having to struggle and kill my hands in the process! I love the escape you guys provide me, and once again... I sincerely thank you.

Not only am I a big fan of Chilling Tales: The Podcast and its YouTube channel, I am a huge horror fan overall. I've been a morbid little horror buff ever since I was a child, and horror has always been my absolute favorite genre. I am the type of person who can spend days on end consuming horror fiction. Whether its books, creepypasta, podcasts, browsing reddit and the rest of the net, I'm always in search of a good read that chills me. So when I heard about the opportunity to become a part of the Chilling Tales for Dark Nights team, I had to jump on the chance! CTFDN supports those in need, and that is why I like them. Most enterprises, especially growing ones, would be afraid to ask their fan base for money without trying to extort or cajole it, but the CTFDN team is always trying to help others out. Just goes to show you how awesome the horror community is. There's more humanity in an organization based on scaring and disturbing people than in so many other parts of the world that claim high-minded ideas. This is why I stick to small press and indie stuff.
