I just stumbled onto this site via YouTube. I'm amazed at the quality of narration many of these stories have! I've read "Just Another Night," "A Knock at the Window," and "Mr. Widemouth," and I've just been over-awed at the talent the narrators have, and the time and effort that has obviously gone into their readings. Thank you so much for presenting such wonderful stories, told with such skill, and brought to life by the reading. I'm definitely recommending you to fans of scary stories.

You guys are awesome! The reason I started to listen to you guys is because I got rid of TV/cable, and this is so much more entertaining to me now!

Unlike other audio stories, these stories have no boundaries and are quite eerie. The amazing part is these story tellers are from the underground and yet seem much more talented than actors who come from Performing Arts backgrounds. Just shows how little talent exists in our mainstream and how they oppress those who possess real talent out there.

I'm a long-time listener, and just became a patron. I work in security, which can have some "down time" at night, and I've been entertained many nights by Chilling Tales for Dark Nights for some time no.  Keep up the great work!

I was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease two years ago, and it's trying it's hardest to kill me. I used to be an avid reader, but my body function is rapidly declining, and I can't really hold books very well anymore, so I'm thrilled to have found your YouTube channel. I'm just writing to say that your stories as narrated by Otis Jiry helped me out a lot recently. The past couple of days have been terrible for me, and in the absolute worst moments, I put on your videos. Even if the words didn't mean anything through my pain and fog, just hearing the sound of Mr. Jiry's voice calmed me. It was like having a tireless, loving grandfather read me stories.

I love the work and effort you all put into these stories. I first started listening to other channels, which got me interested. You, however, are on another level. It is nostalgic almost. Listening to you guys narrate the stories makes me think of such classic shows like "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" and "Goosebumps." I have been inspired to try writing some of my own stories, and hope that maybe, someday, one may be featured on your channel. It would be an honor.

Just want to comment to let you know how big a fan I am. I've been subscribed for a couple of years now and this is by far one of my favourite channels! I get frequent migraines and when this happens I have to lie in a pitch black room, sometimes for hours on end, but unlike some I am okay with a little sound during this time, so I always dive straight for a good CTFDN! I've probably listened to over 100 stories on this channel, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Thank you so much for making my migraines a little less painful!!

This YouTube web channel is awesome! Some of them are definitely scary! This feed reminds me of the Scary Stories for Kids anthologies I used to read as a child.
