I've read "Just Another Night," "A Knock at the Window," and "Mr. Widemouth," and I've just been over-awed at the talent the narrators have, and the time and effort that has obviously gone into their readings. I've been looking for this. I LOVE scary, creepy, chilling stories. Something about being scared lets you know that you're still alive......for the moment. Love this channel, love the stories. I can't remember the last time I've heard any story that will make me think....well....there were a few. The only downfall is that I seem to be home alone often. I don't worry about that, I have your stories to keep me company.

This is sort of a fan message or a message of appreciation from a person who loves your content more than any other on YouTube or on the internet. I personally love your videos and every time I watch, or in this case HEAR the videos that you produce, I am astounded by the amount of quality and the depth of the editing in every one of them. In your recent uploads, I nearly fooled myself into thinking that they are actual videos playing and not voice overs. They are very well-crafted videos and the choice of voice actors is astounding, and I thank you for making such well-crafted videos. Some of them actually scared me at some points in the viewing, due to the well-placed sounds and jump scares. I only wish that you keep up the good work and only hope that you gain more and more subscribers in the future that you well deserve. I can see some really classic and cult followings with this website.  I feel as happy with this site right now as I did when I picked up my first "Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark" book and the sequels there after. Stories with sound, immersion, and characters that you can hear...AMAZING!

I've only recently discovered Chilling Tales for Dark Nights, and only listened to a handful of their videos so far, but I already adore the channel. It deserves so many more subs than it has, and I'm shocked that they don't get more attention. Clear audio and voices, well-written stories...it's fantastic. I am determined to spread word of them all over the place.

Compared to other popular horror narrators out there, Chilling Tales for Dark Nights reads much more mature and developed stories. They have a great element of suspense and fear that leaves you thinking at the end of the story, analyzing the whole thing.
