I am listening to CTFDN in bed, in the dark quietness, hours after discovering my uncle is dead. The last few years have seen us nearly homeless 3 times with our little boys, me developing horrid, potentially fatal infections and subsequent illness after, my self employment terminated, my possible insolvency, my father having a massive stroke and becoming blind in one eye, multiple deaths, and many many other things... they have been the hardest time of my entire life, including my house fire years ago. This place is one of the things that has been keeping me going, truly. I can't say how helpful this has been. Thank you. Keep it up, folks, you are awesome!

I've been looking for this. I LOVE scary, creepy, chilling stories. Something about being scared lets you know that you're still alive......for the moment. Love this channel, love the stories. I can't remember the last time I've heard any story that will make me think....well....there were a few. The only downfall is that I seem to be home alone often. I don't worry about that, I have your stories to keep me company.

A few days ago I asked in the comments how Otis Jiry was holding up, and got a response from him! It was like Morgan Freeman just responded to my post! It was legendary, and I almost cried, it was so majestic. Otis is really the reason I subscribed. I personally think this channel is made amazing by Mr. Jiry. I saw a comment earlier that said, "you guys are better than cable." This is better than YouTube, better than popcorn, better than adorable kitten videos, better than the legendary Morgan Freeman himself!

I can't help but love Chilling Tales for Dark Nights, especially since you can tell the amount of work that's gone into every story.

I'm a truck driver, and I've been listening to all your stories for 11 hours a day, every day, for the past week. I always drive at night and your stories and great narration have made my travels through dark spooky deserts, forests and small towns in the middle of nowhere across the country much more interesting.! I've read "Just Another Night," "A Knock at the Window," and "Mr. Widemouth," and I've just been over-awed at the talent the narrators have, and the time and effort that has obviously gone into their readings. Thank you so much for presenting such wonderful stories, told with such skill, and brought to life by the reading. I'm definitely recommending you to fans of scary stories.

I live off all of Chilling Tales for Dark Nights' stories. I listen at work, at home, and in the car. I love all the voice actors. They all do great work. Otis Jiry is my all-time favorite, and had I not been told about Chilling Tales for Dark Nights I probably wouldn't have heard of him.

I drive a great distance daily on my commute to work and back. I listen to different stories since I've grown bored with the radio, mostly to keep me awake on my drive.
