Chilling Tales for Dark Nights are so much better than 90% of the horror suspense genre that's out there in pop culture! All of the Hollywood cookie-cutter stories combined don't equal the quality of CTFDN!

Me and my wife listen to these every night before bed. I can honestly say that without y'all we wouldn't be able to sleep so good.

Compared to other popular horror narrators out there, CTFDN reads much more mature and developed stories. They have a great element of suspense and fear that leaves you thinking at the end of the story, analyzing the whole thing. On top of that they have a crew of some of the best horror narrators out there, and it's not just one person reading in the same voice over and over again. They have famous guest narrators and a multitude of great accents, both adding something different, changing it up. One of my favorite things about them is that they interact with the fans, not a lot of people do that. Some of the others are good, but I don't think they're even in the same league as this amazing group of people.

CTFDN supports those in need, and that is why I like them. Most enterprises, especially growing ones, would be afraid to ask their fan base for money without trying to extort or cajole it, but the CTFDN team is always trying to help others out. Just goes to show you how awesome the horror community is. There's more humanity in an organization based on scaring and disturbing people than in so many other parts of the world that claim high-minded ideas. This is why I stick to small press and indie stuff.

What makes your channel different from other channels is that you add life and character to your narration, which is kind of hard to find nowadays.

I've been a subscriber since your channel had around 300 subscribers. I'm glad it's getting bigger! It deserves it!

Guys, seriously, why don't you have more susbcribers? You guys really deserve it! You're better than most of the creepypasta YouTubers!

I think this is a very underrated channel. It has very good audio quality and offers many different readers. Definitely deserves more subscribers.

I can see some really classic and cult followings with this website.  I feel as happy with this site right now as I did when I picked up my first "Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark" book and the sequels there after. Stories with sound, immersion, and characters that you can hear...AMAZING!

Fantastic Channel, by the way - only discovered you last week and I have spent the entire week listening to 3/4 of the stories a day! You really make the viewer feel part of it with the sound effects and the choice of voice actors. Heck, I don't get scared too easily but had nightmares last night from them! Keep them up! Lately I've noticed quite a few comments on your videos about how you help your listeners, so I thought I'd leave my own. It's not particularly poignant - I work a lot of solitary late-night overtime (in a cavernous, empty building). It gets pretty lonely, and you've kept me company through all of my projects in the last few years. I know you're doing this for free right now, yet still putting an enormous amount of effort into it (more than some put into their paying jobs) and that means a great deal to me and the rest of your fans. And we're all sure you WILL make a living of it soon. You're fantastic, and you're getting better by the day.  

I can't help but love Chilling Tales for Dark Nights, especially since you can tell the amount of work that's gone into every story.

I've been looking for this. I LOVE scary, creepy, chilling stories. Something about being scared lets you know that you're still alive......for the moment. Love this channel, love the stories. I can't remember the last time I've heard any story that will make me think....well....there were a few. The only downfall is that I seem to be home alone often. I don't worry about that, I have your stories to keep me company.

When I first met my girlfriend, who is as into scary stories as much as I am, one of the first things I showed her was Chilling Tales for Dark Nights, and we now go to sleep to the many stories they've featured.

How are you not one of the highest subscribed channels on YouTube? You should definitely have many more subscribers than you do! It sucks that there are multiple creepypasta channels out there with way more subs that have horrible narration... once people start to really notice Chilling Tales for Dark Nights, I wouldn't be surprised if the sub count skyrockets!
