Every Chilling Tales for Dark Nights story has me on the edge of my seat.

Some of the other horror storytellers are good, but I don't think they're even in the same league as the amazing group of people at Chilling Tales for Dark Nights.  

Great narrating, and very good sound effects! Hands down: best narration channel!

I've found out the hard way that The Simply Scary Podcast is not a good podcast to listen to when house-sitting alone after dark. Between G.M. Danielson's too-smooth narration, the disturbing imagery and spooky sound design, I really shouldn't keep tormenting myself like this, but I just keep coming back for more.

Chilling Tales for Dark Nights deserves an award! Their stories are so scary I wont sleep tonight!

I've been listening to stories on YouTube for almost two years now. Creepy pastas, creepy or otherwise. Stories that make you cry, stories that make you laugh, stories that make you groan, stories that make you question your existence, and stories that have made me turn on every light in my house, close every curtain, and sit inside a salt circle with a crucifix and gun. I'm happy to say that this channel has, so far, proven to be one of my absolute favorites, with the authentic sound effects and variety of narrators making each and every story unique. So please, keep narrating, keep posting, and of course, stay spooky.

I'm a recent subscriber to your channel and I only have one concern: How did I not know about you guys? You honestly have some of the best narrators I've had the pleasure of hearing. Keep up the awesome work! I can't tell you how much I enjoy listening to a 30-minute story while working out. THANK YOU!

I just happened to accidentally find this channel, but damn is it a "happy" accident. Your stories don't send chills down my spine or a rush of endorphins to the brain like Mr. Creepypasta's stories, but your voice and the depth and visual-detailing prowess from your words is just pure otherworldly, far better than any channel I've seen. Like someone already stated, you're more so a psychological style of horror, one that gets me thinking. Love this channel, so you sir have +1 subscriber!

Unlike other sites I've submitted stories to, I have been a massive fan of CTFDN for some time. That is to say, I'll put your Nightmare Fuel playlist on my phone and listen to that as I go to sleep. When I met my girlfriend, who is as into scary stories as much as I am, one of the first things I showed her is your channel, and we go to sleep to the many stories you have on your site. So, finally getting a story accepted by your site is on par with the cliche of having a dream come true. I am a physicist by trade, but the dream for me is to get paid as a writer. All of this to say that this opportunity and what I hope will develop into a relationship is beyond anything I hoped would actually come to pass. I thank you for everything. I always love seeing one of your videos in my subscriptions box. There's always something exciting about knowing a story is going to be good, and with this channel, I know it's not going to be a "lazy" video. I love how the narrators' voices usually match what I think the characters would sound like. I can't help but love these, especially since you can tell the amount of work that's gone into them.
