I just think CTFDN are the best! What I love is the way all the stories are actually read to us. That's what makes listening a scary pleasure, You amazing storytellers read them like you're reliving it, kind of like you or someone you know has experienced it, where as a lot of the other narrators just make it sound as if they're just reading us a scary story from a book. The Chilling Tales for Dark Nights YouTube channel restored my love for horror, and the overall quality of their podcast is incredible!

Unlike other sites I've submitted stories to, I have been a massive fan of CTFDN for some time. That is to say, I'll put your Nightmare Fuel playlist on my phone and listen to that as I go to sleep. When I met my girlfriend, who is as into scary stories as much as I am, one of the first things I showed her is your channel, and we go to sleep to the many stories you have on your site. So, finally getting a story accepted by your site is on par with the cliche of having a dream come true. I am a physicist by trade, but the dream for me is to get paid as a writer. All of this to say that this opportunity and what I hope will develop into a relationship is beyond anything I hoped would actually come to pass. I thank you for everything. I have to say "great job" to all the people that worked on these projects, creating great horror in the stories with sound effects and the way you read them.

Lately I've noticed quite a few comments on your videos about how you help your listeners, so I thought I'd leave my own. It's not particularly poignant - I work a lot of solitary late-night overtime (in a cavernous, empty building). It gets pretty lonely, and you've kept me company through all of my projects in the last few years. I know you're doing this for free right now, yet still putting an enormous amount of effort into it (more than some put into their paying jobs) and that means a great deal to me and the rest of your fans. And we're all sure you WILL make a living of it soon. You're fantastic, and you're getting better by the day.
