And I really mean it - I would rather spend one hour listening to stories on this channel than watching some bad new horror movie that fails to scare me on any occasion whatsoever. You guys rock, I really hope you keep this channel alive for a long time!

I've been looking for this. I LOVE scary, creepy, chilling stories. Something about being scared lets you know that you're still alive......for the moment. Love this channel, love the stories. I can't remember the last time I've heard any story that will make me think....well....there were a few. The only downfall is that I seem to be home alone often. I don't worry about that, I have your stories to keep me company.

I think this is a very underrated channel. It has very good audio quality and offers many different readers. Definitely deserves more subscribers.

Chilling Tales for Dark Nights makes amazing audio stories! It's about time they turned them into animated movies or real movies.

I've found out the hard way that The Simply Scary Podcast is not a good podcast to listen to when house-sitting alone after dark. Between G.M. Danielson's too-smooth narration, the disturbing imagery and spooky sound design, I really shouldn't keep tormenting myself like this, but I just keep coming back for more.
