Some of them actually scared me at some points in the viewing, due to the well-placed sounds and jump scares. Not only am I a big fan of Chilling Tales: The Podcast and its YouTube channel, I am a huge horror fan overall. I've been a morbid little horror buff ever since I was a child, and horror has always been my absolute favorite genre. I am the type of person who can spend days on end consuming horror fiction. Whether its books, creepypasta, podcasts, browsing reddit and the rest of the net, I'm always in search of a good read that chills me. So when I heard about the opportunity to become a part of the Chilling Tales for Dark Nights team, I had to jump on the chance! Being able to do what I love as well as supporting this incredible  podcast? The offer was too good to pass up!

This channel is amazing. I love how the stories actually scare and freak me out. Most horror movies are so predictable these days, they don't even come close.

The Simply Scary Podcast is delightful! I added it to my list of favorite podcasts to play instead of sleeping!

I've found out the hard way that The Simply Scary Podcast is not a good podcast to listen to when house-sitting alone after dark. Between G.M. Danielson's too-smooth narration, the disturbing imagery and spooky sound design, I really shouldn't keep tormenting myself like this, but I just keep coming back for more.

I have been a fan of radio plays for many years, starting with Radio Mystery Theater, The Shadows, Lights Out, etc. I found your stories on YouTube around a month ago. I just fell in love with all your readings! You all have brought back a wonderful time in radio that had been lost. Listening to Mr. Jiry, Mr. Cornett, and Mr. Danielson is extremely wonderful; it brings out so many feelings! Creepy, wow, OMG! What great stories! I just wanted to let you know that I was inspired to donate to your great cause! Thank you for bringing back old time radio! Beautiful work! Reminds me of the classics! Again, great job!
